Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
